Azelio has developed a storage solution for renewable energy. With their cutting-edge technology, they want to change the future of clean energy.
Empir Industry was commissioned to deliver the digital production system to Azelio. The system will be run in two of their production facilities, in the new high-volume production that Azelio set up in Uddevalla, where Stirling engines are manufactured for shipping worldwide.
The delivery was completed in the autumn of 2021. Empir Industry's Manufacturing Execution System (MES), helps Azelio produce solutions to facilitate the transition from fossil electricity production to sustainable alternatives such as solar and wind. Azelio chose a comprehensive system that ensures traceability and quality in the production flow combined with direct operator support, such as digital instructions, material calls, cycle times and andon alarms.
By helping operators and machines to get the correct information at the right time, quality assurance and on-boarding are facilitated and contribute to increased flexibility.
